TOURNAMENT RULES MINI WORLD CUP 2009 - TOURNAMENT RULES
- It is FREE to enter
- It is a 7-a-side football tournament (Max. 10 per squad)
- Every team will be representing a country
- For each team we will provide unique Mini World Cup playing t-shirts
- We accept team and individual entries
- Players must use appropiate football wear e.g. football boots and shin pads.
The Registration Process:
- The registration process works on first come first served basis
- Successfully registered teams of 10 players get priority
- Successfully registered teams will be displayed in the TEAMS ALLOCATION TABLE
on the MWC web site, which also shows the other teams taking part in the tournament
and completed list of team players.
- Team captains are encourged to keep their teams informed of MWC web site updates,
and also of the weather forecast in order to make the appropriate provisons
e.g gazeebos/tents in case of rain and also provisions if the day is hot and sunny e.g.
plenty of water and sun protection.
Tournament rules and timetable for Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June 2009 will be
available online in the MINI WORLD CUP 2009 PROGRAMME - COMING SOON!
- On the day teams are expected to be at COLDHAMS COMMON in Cambridge at 9AM
so registration process and handing out t-shirts and timetables can take place.
